To verify enrollment, please submit a check for $300 (per participant) payable to Cathy Vance, copy of your ticket stub, and the following information:

Mail check to Cathy Vance, 300 Woodlake Circle, Austin, TX 78733 within one week of registering.

*** If payment has not been received within a week's time, registration will be cancelled automatically. If participant still wants to enroll in swim class, and registration has been cancelled, the participant will have to go back through the registration process to reenroll.

TUITION: $300 (per participant) for a two week (Mon-Thurs) swim session. All classes must have at least 5 participants registered. If classes have fewer than 5 participants, they will be combined with another session time.You will be notified at least 1 week in advance if your session has been combined with another class. By signing up online you agree to pay for all children you have enrolled and all sessions they are enrolled in within 5 days. ALL SALES FINAL ** You are responsible for finding another student/students from your own family to take their place, and they will make payment directly to you. NO EXCEPTIONS. They can bring in your event ticket stub to take your place in their classes. **When you enroll your child(ren) in a session, you are fully responsible for all payments. If you make an error and register for more than one swim session date when you only intended to sign up for one, you will be given a 24 hour grace period to email ms.cathyswim.austin@gmail.com regarding the class date and time you want us to cancel so we can make it available for other swim students. After the 24 hour grace period, if you have registered for more than one session and only send tuition for one of the session dates, on the first day of your child's lessons you will be charged a $10 restocking fee for each session you registered and are not attending. What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is Ferry Style for the 1st arrivers. Latecomers may park in the circle. NO EXCEPTION
